Returns
I will happily exchange or refund should you have any problems with a product or the size of a garment. Returned products must be 100% new and unworn/unused, with tags still attached. Please contact me via email within 5 days of receiving your order so that I can address your request as quickly as possible.
To return or exchange an item, please email me and provide the following information:
Your name and contact details
Product name or description
Receipt number
Reason for return/exchange
You will then receive an email detailing the return process.

Please note:
Silly Milly reserves the right to refuse the return of any item not in its original condition.
Silly Milly takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of parcels being posted or returned by post.
In the event of an exchange, if the replacement item is priced higher than the original item, the difference is to be paid by the customer, in addition to postage costs.

Damaged Goods
I take great care when I package products, to minimise the chance of postal damage. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered to Australia Post.
